With PillMe you can:
- Add medicines, schedules, and refill details
- Get dose reminders and mark doses as taken, skipped, or missed
- Track how much medicine is left and view refill history
- Invite a caregiver who can be alerted if a dose is missed
- See possible interaction warnings as a prompt to check with a clinician or pharmacist

This update fixes medication times when you travel.

- Your dose times are now anchored to a time zone, so crossing borders can no longer shift or duplicate your schedule.
- Arrive somewhere new and PillMe asks whether to keep your usual times or move to local time. Your answer sticks for the trip.
- Medications you mark as critical always keep home times, so the gap between two doses never shortens.
- A new Time zone section in Settings shows what your schedule follows, and lets you switch to local time, go back, or set a new home.
- Duplicate doses created by the old behaviour are cleaned up automatically. Doses you took, skipped, snoozed or rescheduled yourself are left untouched.
