Added car reset trigger feature to custom maps.
Added a lap time leaderboard feature to the online mode for custom maps.
Fixed an occasional issue where the game would freeze when entering a custom online map.
Fixed livery editor duplicating groups still does not duplicate the mirroring within original group issue.
